Set up recurring scheduled payments

Set up a recurring scheduled payment from your linked ING bank account and you won’t have to remember to make regular deposits – it’ll happen automatically.

  • Go to ing.com.au and log in with your Client Number and Access Code
  • Select ‘Transfer and Pay’ and click ‘Between my accounts’
  • Follow the prompts

If you want to set up a recurring deposit from another bank, you can use our BSB 923 100 and your account number, check with your other bank as to how to set one up if you’re unsure.

What’s my Client Number and Access Code?

These are your login details for online, phone and mobile banking with ING.

  • You’ll find the Client Number in the info we sent out after you signed up, on your statement or on the back of your Orange Everyday card (if you have one).
  • You may have selected your four-digit Access Code online when you applied for an ING account, if you don’t remember what your access code is you can reset it from the login screen on the online banking or before logging into the mobile app if you already have it set up.
