How can I view or update my details?

Need to change your address, phone number, email address or even your linked bank account? Just jump in the Fastlane, update them online and get back to doing your thing.

Checking or changing your details

App (iOS and Android)
  1. Login to your ING Mobile App
  2. Go to My profile and select Contact details
  3. Press Edit Details and follow the prompts to change details (to change your name or date of birth you’ll need to complete and return our Change of Personal Details Form)

To change your mobile number please visit the website

  1. Login to online banking at ing.com.au
  2. Go to My profile and select Contact details
  3. Press Edit Details and follow the prompts to change details (to change your name or date of birth you’ll need to complete and return our Change of Personal Details Form)

Changing your linked bank account 

For Savings Maximiser, Savings Accelerator or Personal Term Deposit accounts:

  1. Login to online banking at ing.com.au
  2. Go to Manage accounts > Linked bank account
  3. Follow the prompts to make your changes

For Business Optimiser, Business Term Deposit and Home Loan accounts:

  1. Login to online banking at ing.com.au
  2. Select My profile > Forms
  3. Print out the form relevant to the account you wish to change your linked bank account for

Changing your mobile phone number

If you still have access to your old mobile number, you can update your number online. Just:

  1. Login to online banking at ing.com.au
  2. Select My profile > My contact details

How to change my Pay Anyone daily limit?
