It’s easy to set up a scheduled payment from your ING account, it’s just as easy – and fast – to edit or cancel it too using the ING App or Online Banking.
Login to Online Banking using your client number (found on the back of your Orange Everyday card, a recent statement or in the ING App) and access code
From the navigation menu, select Transfer & pay > View scheduled payments
Select the relevant amount
Select the payment you want to edit by clicking the arrow at the end of the row
Select Edit and follow the prompts if you want to change the schedule, frequency or amount
Please note, it can take up to 2 business days for the change to take effect. You’re also unable to make changes the same day a scheduled payment is due.
