How do I change my card PIN?
Change my card PIN
Jump to a section
ING App
- Login to your ING app and select Cards
- Select the card from the list to view the settings
- Select Change card PIN
- Follow the prompts to update your PIN
Online Banking
- Login to Online Banking using your client number (found on the back of your Orange Everyday card, a recent statement or in the ING App) and access code
- From the navigation menu click Manage cards > Card settings and activation
- Select which account the card is for and Task > Change card PIN
- Click Next
- Follow the prompts to changing your pin
- Note that you’ll need your mobile phone handy for a security check.
