How to change my Pay Anyone daily limit?

Update Pay Anyone Limits

Want to change your Pay Anyone daily limit? No problem. You can change it up or down – fast – either on the go using the ING App or from your desktop with Online Banking.

ING App

Login to your ING App and select the account you want to update the daily limit for
Tap MANAGE > Change account limit
Select New daily limit > Done > SAVE

Online Banking

1. Login to Online Banking using your client number (found on the back of your Orange Everyday card, a recent statement or in the ING App) and access code
2. From the navigation menu, select Manage accounts > Account limits
3. Select the Account you want to change from the dropdown menu
4. Select the New daily account transfer limit
5. Click Save

Note: You’ll need your mobile phone handy for a security check.

What is the real-time payment limit?

The real-time payment limit is the maximum amount you can transfer in real time from your Orange Everyday each day. It is different to your Pay Anyone limit. The maximum daily limit for real-time payments is $5,000 per Orange Everyday account, this cannot be changed.

If you’ve reached the real-time payment limit, you’ll receive an alert to let you know. You can still proceed with your transaction, however it will just be processed in 1-2 business days.
