Set up notifications
Do you want to get notified when your savings drop below a certain amount? Set up notifications like this by taking the following steps:
- Go to ing.com.au and log in with your Client Number and Access Code
- Click on ‘Notifications‘ in the left menu, then ‘Set up & manage notifications‘
- Add notifications of your choice to your account
What’s my Client Number and Access Code?
These are your login details for online, phone and mobile banking with ING.
- You’ll find the Client Number in the info we sent out after you signed up, on your statement or on the back of your Orange Everyday card (if you have one).
- You may have selected your four-digit Access Code online when you applied for an ING account, if you don’t remember what your access code is you can reset it from the login screen on the online banking or before logging into the mobile app if you already have it set up.
