What are push notifications?
Push notifications are real-time alerts sent directly to your mobile device and managed through the ING app. They are designed to keep you informed when payments are made in and out of your accounts. For example, when you make a purchase using your debit card, you may receive a push notification confirming the transaction amount and merchant details. Push notifications are used for transactional and account-related updates, helping you stay on top of account activity as it happens.
ING app – Push notifications
- Login to your ING app and select More > Settings
- Under App settings, tap on Push notifications
- Here, you can turn the push notifications on or off.
