					How do I manage my Scheduled Payment?

It’s easy to set up a scheduled payment from your ING account, it’s just as easy – and fast – to edit or cancel it too using the ING App or Online Banking.
Online Banking
- Login to Online Banking using your client number (found on the back of your Orange Everyday card, a recent statement or in the ING App) and access code
 - From the navigation menu, select Transfer & pay > View scheduled payments

 - Select the relevant amount
 - Select the payment you want to edit by clicking the arrow at the end of the row

 - Select Edit and follow the prompts if you want to change the schedule, frequency or amount

 
Please note, it can take up to 2 business days for the change to take effect. You’re also unable to make changes the same day a scheduled payment is due.
