How do I manage my Scheduled Payment?

Auto transfers (scheduled payments)

It’s easy to set up a scheduled payment from your ING account, it’s just as easy – and fast – to edit or cancel it too using the ING app or Online Banking.

To set up a scheduled payment between your ING Accounts:

  1. Login to your ING app
  2. Tap PAY > Transfer between accounts
  3. Select which ING account you want to transfer From and To
  4. Enter the Amount and Description (optional)
  5. Select Recurring to set up scheduled payments

Tap Continue and review that the details are correct. Then, tap Transfer and you’re done!

To set up a scheduled payment to another financial institution:

  1. Login to your ING app
  2. Tap Pay > Pay anyone
  3. Your Address Book will pop up. If you need to add a new account tap Add new, and select Bank account, then enter the details of the account you wish to transfer to.
  4. Select the account you want to pay from.
  5. Enter the Amount, Description and reference (both optional), select Recurring to set up scheduled payments, and tap Continue

To review and manage the scheduled payments, click on your Chosen ING account > Scheduled.

  1. Login to Online Banking using your client number (found on the back of your Orange Everyday card, a recent statement or in the ING app) and access code
  2. From the navigation menu, select Transfer & pay View scheduled payments

  3. Select the relevant amount
  4. Select the payment you want to edit by clicking the arrow at the end of the row
  5. Select Edit and follow the prompts if you want to change the schedule, frequency or amount

Please note, it can take up to 2 business days for the change to take effect. You’re also unable to make changes the same day a scheduled payment is due.
