Tap EDIT DETAILS and follow the prompts to change details (to change your name or date of birth you’ll need to complete and return our Change of Personal Details Form)
Login to Online Banking using your client number (found on the back of your Orange Everyday card, a recent statement or in the ING App) and access code
From the navigation menu, click My profile > My contact details
Click Edit and follow the prompts to change details (to change your name or date of birth you’ll need to complete and return our Change of Personal Details Form)
Changing your linked bank account
For Savings Maximiser, Savings Accelerator or Personal Term Deposit accounts:
Login to Online Banking using your client number (found on the back of your Orange Everyday card, a recent statement or in the ING App) and access code
From the navigation menu, click Manage accounts > Linked bank account
Follow the prompts to make your changes
For Business Optimiser, Business Term Deposit and Home Loan accounts:
Login to Online Banking using your client number (found on the back of your Orange Everyday card, a recent statement or in the ING Mobile App) and access code
From the navigation menu, click My profile > Forms
Print out the form relevant to the account you wish to change your linked bank account for
Changing your mobile phone number
