To keep life simple, your new Orange One card not only has the same card number as your old one but the same PIN too. There’s no need to change it unless you really want to.

No worries, if you ever forget or want to change your PIN you can easily reset it using the ING app or online banking.
We're rolling it out in stages as additional products and features become available. You may need to manage your products and features via online banking if they're not yet available in the new app.
